I was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois and now live in the Tampa Bay area. I am truly blessed to have my beautiful family which is my motivation every single day of my life. I have been working with Cisco Collaboration since 2012. The many complex moving pieces of VoIP are truly fascinating and I love to demystify the myth that Collaboration Engineers just simply make phones ring.
