My background is in Cisco Collaboration, but I have worn many hats throughout my career, including supporting desktops, servers, and networks. I have been blessed with mentors throughout my life and career who played a critical part in my growth. I now attempt to pay it forward to others by creating content that will help people become better at their craft.
I was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, and now live in the Tampa Bay area. I am truly blessed to have a support team of my wife and two daughters. My family, along with my faith, motivates me on a daily basis. I have been working with Cisco Collaboration since 2012. The many complex moving pieces of VoIP are genuinely fascinating, and I love to demystify the myth that Collaboration Engineers simply make phones ring.
My goal is to create content that will make someone better at their craft and allow that person to advance in their career.
